I cannot activate my account

i have received my first monzo card but i can not activate it.
can someone help.

When you say cannot active it, what message are you getting? What error? Does the app load?

the message i receive is there was a problem, Response status code was unacceptable:429

How are you activating your card? Have you tried both methods?

i am using the camera scan method.

Try the manual way - perhaps it is misreading one of the numbers or something :man_shrugging:

Typing the numbers in manually rather than using the card scanner.
