Unable to activate fingerprint unlock on galaxy s7

I’m unable to activate fingerprint unlock. When i select it, it asks me for my fingerprint then just reverts back to the settings screen with fingerprint unlock de-selected. When i select ‘use fingerprint for authentication’ it asks me to enter my pin and that stays selected. Anyone got any ideas. Im loathed to use Monzo as my main account until i can sort my security out. Fingerprint works to unlock my phone and for my bank main first direct account. And advice appreciated please.

Try a reinstall of the app, if that doesn’t work then contact them using in app chat and hopefully they can escalate it.
