Has anyones Uber descriptions changed now?

Confirming same issue.

We’ve seen Uber charging like this in America and now in Europe. I believe @matt has a fix in the works :wink: :soon: thanks for reporting!

Out of curiosity any idea as to why they have changed it or do merchants not inform you of these kinds things?

They don’t have any obligation to tell us. For most bank customers, adding more details to the ISO 8583 transaction description field would be a welcome change because that’s all they see in their statement :slightly_smiling_face:

The Uber issue seems to have been fixed however there are still some that are showing incorrect.

Have Uber changed this again or is Mondo still working on a fix?

I have the exact same issue with Uber. It doesn’t happen always, but only for few transactions.
