I went to get a taxi 1/1/25 they cancelled my trip which I paid for but now they haven’t refunded me and saying it on a authorised hold and can take up to 30 days to get back or to contact my bank but I can’t find the option on Monzo to get my refund
It’ll be refunded on 31st (30th day).
If you have proof you can use any help route to speak to someone but usually type contacting support and it’ll show you there.

Monzo used to refund if you provided proof you didn’t use the hold (like a hotel receipt) but I think those days are behind us and I wouldn’t know how they would prove an Uber trip wasn’t taken.
Just have to wait. It will drop off.
