Hi, I am new to Monzo when travelling abroad. I am travelling to Hungary at the end of this month. I will be taking some Hungarian currency with me as well as my Monzo card. But will Monzo charge me any extra costs if I use contactless?
Short answer: no, if you choose to pay in HUF. Don’t ever accept currency conversion offered by merchants
