Hello everybody, i am about to go to Krakow (Poland) tmrw and have just put £200 in my Monzo account. Do i need to change it to the Polish currency in my account before i travel? Also i while need to buy a train ticket to the center from the airport. Just paying for it on my Monzo card should be ok?
It’s a regular bank account in Sterling. If you spend money outside the UK it’ll get converted automatically at the MasterCard rate, there’s no “currency changing” needed (or indeed, possible).
