Transactions not updating

I’ve been using my card a lot in the US.

I’ve got a heap of transactions from 22-25 July which appear as though they’ve never been processed. The authorisation is there with the indicative amount shown in grey.

Would I be correct in assuming that the app only updates the last X number of transactions? If so, is there a way to force these transactions to update.

Also, is my balance accurate because of this?

Are you on iOS?

There seems to be a bug with the iOS app. If you logout and log back in, everything that have been processed would be updated on your feed. :slight_smile:

Not sure why, but I never thought of doing that - thanks @hatimbt. Although unlike @evan, I wasn’t :airplane:-setting around the :flag_us:… my pending transactions were all very domestic indeed, but spookily for exactly the same period :thinking:.
