Account not updating balance and transactions

Hi everyone,
Since last Thursday (15th August) my account hasn’t been updating at all. Every time I open the app it says updating but then just goes back to saying updated 3 days ago. I have been getting notifications about my transactions and money coming in but I can’t see my exact balance even if I click on the notifications for the transactions. I was just wondering if anyone could help me as I don’t really know what’s going on.

Delete and reinstall the app.
