For some reason transactions on my connected Lloyds Band Credit card have stopped showing on my Monzo app. I deleted the Lloyds app then removed and reinstated the connection to the account but this has not fixed it. This seemed to stop working in Mid-August. The balance on the connected account is correct but no transaction details come through. Any possible explanation/solution?

Sorry for the hassle, I’ve made a small change on our side so your Lloyds credit card transactions should now be showing within the Monzo app.
The problem was that Lloyds had stopped returning a couple of transactions that we’d previously seen. When this happens our systems detect this and stop updating the account until Lloyds return the missing transactions or we allow them to be deleted.

The issue was fixed for a while, but has happened again and transactions on my Lloyds Credit card have not come through for a week now.

@_lewis same issue here, but with MBNA and First Direct. Transactions missing from 9th Oct. Reconnected the accounts and FD seems to be working, although some previous transactions not showing. However MBNA still isn’t showing transactions and has one showing as pending since 8/10.
Is there any fix for this?
My transactions from Lloyds are still missing since 7 October. When this last happened a few weeks back, an engineer from Monzo was quickly onto it and found a fix, but this only seems to have been temporary and there’s been no response from Monzo to my more recent post. Hopefully they are working on a permanent fix, as this is a very helpful feature.
I am also having the same issue with my Barclays credit card. The balance is correct but transactions aren’t showing. Is there any fix for this?
I have now been in direct contact with Monzo about this and they have promised to investigate - hopefully it’ll be fixed soon
