John Lewis connected account stopped reflecting transactions

Issue:
Monzo app has randomly stopped reflecting transactions from John Lewis Credit Card. Stopped abruptly on 23rd Jan 2025 and despite using the credit card every day since, still no new transactions are shown.

Strangely, the total spent on the card updates but not the individual transaction.

Still no resolution from Monzo despite this being part of their paid “perk”s for £7pm. Leaves you unable to use their budgeting tools as you can’t feed in your spending to the categories in Monzo ….

Help please? Otherwise your service is defunct and not delivering

These things happen. It’s not always a Monzo issue.

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting? Or uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, then reinstalling?

Same thing is happening for me using a Nationwide credit card, so could be a widespread issue with credit cards

Is there a way of escalating this?

Very unlikely - my HSBC Premier, Barclaycard, Tesco and Amex credit cards are all working fine.

Yep did all of that but made no difference. Even had a support person suggest I put more money in my Monzo account…?!

That made no difference either believe it or not

I have had exactly the same problem with my John Lewis card. Monzo stopped showing new transactions after Feb 10th 2025. I too tried disconnecting and reconnecting my John Lewis card from Monzo as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the Monzo app. None of these steps helped. I’ve raised it with Monzo support but no resolution or explanation has been forthcoming from them.
