Issue:
Monzo app has randomly stopped reflecting transactions from John Lewis Credit Card. Stopped abruptly on 23rd Jan 2025 and despite using the credit card every day since, still no new transactions are shown.
Strangely, the total spent on the card updates but not the individual transaction.
Still no resolution from Monzo despite this being part of their paid “perk”s for £7pm. Leaves you unable to use their budgeting tools as you can’t feed in your spending to the categories in Monzo ….

I have had exactly the same problem with my John Lewis card. Monzo stopped showing new transactions after Feb 10th 2025. I too tried disconnecting and reconnecting my John Lewis card from Monzo as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the Monzo app. None of these steps helped. I’ve raised it with Monzo support but no resolution or explanation has been forthcoming from them.
