I received few instant notifications recently…
But no transactions in transaction feed… again…
This is not acceptable for main account.
I can understand problems with instant notifications but not with transactions list!
Does the transaction appear in the end?
Also Apple or Android?
I would suggest an uninstall and reinstall of the app, that should hopefully do something.
Are you on the new look UI?
I had the opposite for one transaction today. Appeared in the feed, then an hour or more later, the notification came through. My phone was online the whole time. 
If you swap to the payments tab/screen and back do they appear?
