Transaction cancelled but flex plan still active

I’d like some help sorting out a Flex plan issue.

I originally made a purchase on March 30, 2024, from Amazon using my debit card. Afterwards, I moved the transaction to Flex on a 3-month plan. As expected, the amount was sent back to my current account once I flexed the purchase.

However, I later cancelled the Amazon order, and the full refund was processed in March. Despite this, the Flex plan is still active, and I was charged the first instalment yesterday.

Has anyone experienced this? Already reached out to them and still waiting for the response.

When you got the refund back into (presumably) your current account, didn’t you use that to pay off the Flex plan? If you do that, the Flex balance will be cleared.

If you’ve been refunded by Amazon the refund would have been sent to the original payment method which is your debit card; I would double check you’ve definitely been refunded and if you have then you can use those funds to pay off the plan in full if you want to or alternatively continue repaying via the monthly instalments.
