Hi! Today I’ve had problems with card payments. Many of them didn’t go through but now I’m seeing my money being putted aside. Also, the customer service chat is not available. I’m so upset! Any suggestions? Thanks

There was an outage this evening. If you have duplicate transactions contact support
What do you mean chat isn’t available? Tap on one of the transactions and scroll down to the ‘something wrong get help’ button. Is that not there for you?
It might be a very long wait for a reply, I imagine they’re swamped at the moment
I mean support, I can’t contact them. That’s the message I read. This is so annoying! Thank you for your help
It might be residual issues from earlier
Log out the app and back in to see if that brings it to life
