Top up delay and limit

There is a £90 top up limit when trying to top with debit card.
Then when I tried to top up via bank transfer (8am) this morning, it still hasn’t gone through to my Monzo account (6pm)
Any suggestions or answers?

Just confirming that yes, this does sound like a verification issue. Another reason why we need this visible in the profile and a self-serve verify option along with maybe a “we couldn’t automatically verify you” feed entry. :wink:

For now, support can trigger the verification process that will allow you to make larger top-ups and payments.

Bank transfers are only processed manually once a day. Combined with the planned outage by Monzo’s card processor this weekend, it is possible that this transfer may not get processed until Monday if you’re unlucky.

Can you point me in the right direction to contact support please?
Android app is still very bare and only has chat and forums.

Was she on Andoid? If so it’s a new feature so I’m guessing that it’s only triggered automatically if you’ve signed up since the below release -

If you signed up before then, the support team can trigger it.

In my Android beta app there is Help & Support or something like that and you create a new conversation in that help option
