I was reading your terms and conditions and there are two card limits for those whose identity have been verified and those who hasn’t verified their identity.
How do I know if my identity is verified?
from memory tom blom told me at one time that if you transfer more than £500 into your account as a top up different security checks are carried out - presumably with this enhanced check your identity is verified - and your card limit increased - I may of course be talking rubbish lol
