Yep. The problem is that parliament doesn’t have an agenda. It has several mutually exclusive agendas.
Which, I think, stems from the idea of Brexit. There isn’t a Brexit, there are several competing versions, and because for every parliamentarian supporter of Brexit, there is only one true Brexit, consensus will never prevail.
And this will continue to be a problem, and come to the General Election which will almost certainly arrive in the Autumn, it’ll get worse. Theirs a good chance the SNP will get those seats back in Scotland, the Remainy Tory seats are super vulnerable to Lib Dems, and Labour Leavers just won’t move in the numbers hoped by the next Tory Leader.
If it ends up with a Labour minority Government, the SNP for example will want ton of flesh, as will the Lib Dems.
