The Wallet/Bag Discussion

This is all down to choice. I happen to have a Ridge Burnt Titanium (love it) and a couple of years before my father died in 2020 I bought him a Ridge as well (he also loved it). So now I have two, one stores my cards out of the way, the other in daily use.

Now that said, we probably need to discuss the price. Yep, expensive for what it is, but that is why I don’t drive a Vauxhall. A damn site cheaper than my current car but I wouldn’t accept one as a company car let alone for daily use.

I could also buy jeans from Primark, but wear Levi’s (as long as I can remember). It is horses for courses and cutting your cloth if so needs.

I really want a MagSafe wallet that can hold 3 cards… but I also wouldn’t want anything bulky… I shop on amazon for hours but never find that perfect combo

the one l like most but again just 2 cards.

Have a look at the Crumpler bags, you don’t have to use it all for camera storage.

I was really disappointed by the phone case. Looked dirty and discoloured in no time.

I’m wanting a replacement for my Bellroy.

Something that holds like 3-4 cards.

Possibly this, or any similar suggestions?

I’d go navy/black.

Just curious what other designs are about before purchasing.

How about this suggestion at more than 10x the price?

I been using this recently, easily holds 4 cards, and anything up to 9.

Kinda design I’m looking for but the cards look a little loose from the edges.

I’ve not been out and about to look in person at some, maybe they’re all like that and my perception is off

What’s the card slider wallet? Like a ridge?

Yeah maybe a hard pass :joy:

Got my eye on the Belroy Venture Ready Pack but don’t think I can stomach paying over £200 for a backpack!

Not quite the same, but I was nosying at camera bags the other week, and this place has a lot of modular bags with a similar ish aesthetic that are more friendly on the wallet.

e.g.

Most have removable inserts for cameras, that without make them just decent day packs. Might be worth a look!
