I’ve had a Bellroy card sleeve for years now, it’s unfortunately stretched in the middle section so cards fall out now.
Add another card or couple of notes in, bulk it out. Had my bellboy 2 years, don’t use it all the time but do love it.

I bought a Secrid mini wallet at Christmas so retired the Bellroy.

Secrid are just so great! What colour? One of the special editions perchance?
I have this one, mines gone quite dark compared to when new. I’m sure mine looks more blue on the metal inner part as well… might just be weird store pics making it look grey?

Nice! I got the Slimwallet in vintage black so sadly can’t comment on colour changes but I guess it’s normal patina for leather
I really want one of the special editions, but

You got your eye on any specific special edition? I did originally want the vintage black but when I saw the blue in person I changed my mind, I do kinda regret it now though.

I really love the look of the Secrid x Freitag collab wallets, and I also like the idea behind them. Although not sure how I’d feel about a recycled lorry tarp wallet instead of the soft leather I currently have. I must confess the current selection they’re selling isn’t remotely as appealing as the designs showcased on the Secrid website.
The latest art collection is great too, albeit a touch expensive and I’m not a fan of the Miniwallet, much prefer the Slimwallet
I love those art collection, I’m 100% happy with my vintage leather though, it’s so soft and looks great.

I’ve never heard of Secrid. Love Freitag already. Looks like they sell Secrids in a shop near my work so I might check them out later.

As @npc_06 says, I can only recommend Secrid wallets. If you spot a Freitag one in the shop let me know, because then I’ll have to find a Secrid retailer near me to see what they’re like

I got mine from a Jewellers, they also sell them randomly in a pen shop in the same shopping center, they only had the basic ones though.
Might go take a look this weekend to see if they have any special editions…

We probably need to split this out into a bags/wallets thread (@AlanDoe?) but just wanted to get some more insight from you into Freitag. I need a new everyday bag (the latest tote I used has gone to shit) and I like the Freitag ethos and designs. But there’s so little about them online – a few comments on Reddit here and there but no reviews/videos/anything. And as most things, there’s both very good and very bad stuff said, but nothing in between.

Freitags are really hardwearing, each one is unique because of the tarps, obviously, each made to standard designs. I’d say Crumplers are slightly more robust (my three have been going strong for nearly twenty years each) but the Freitag store in Zürich is always worth a visit.
