For the most part, these changes are still within the bank’s already allocated ranges. It’ll take a lot longer here because we’re a new bank with a new sort code that was previously entirely unallocated.

That point is true, but an unrecognised sort code, whether in a established range or not, still returns:
“Computer says no. Your sort code isn’t on a list.”
“Well go away and fix it.”
…
some time passes
…
“It’s fixed.”
Oh sweet! The new MasterCard logo is on the prepaid cards too, now? 
That’s quite cool if it’s the case, though hopefully the first time I see it will be on the current account once it rolls out to us Android users 
Yup. Can confirm a second golden ticket-friend received his card a few days ago, and it also has the new logo.

Where do I see direct debits that have been set up on the current account?
I don’t have a recurring payments tab… 
they haven’t been setup yet. Can take several working days.
Should look like the below once setup. Click on that tab will actually show the DDs.

The current account does now support cashback! Tried it yesterday, got declined. Received a friendly message from @rdingwall mentioning that it was enabled, and gave it a quick go earlier today

I’m excited for this feature- I use two cards in the post office just to get cashback and spending info, which is a bit of a faff really
I read it in my ‘holiday monzo catch-up’ 
skimming through the threads I believe I saw a tweet saying it was already ready? Super exciting, can’t wait to see what Monzo have brought to the Android side

, but I don’t expect more than what ios app has. Preview is strongly focused on testing Current Account functionalities, so releasing a ton of half-baked, less important functionalities would seem very hindering. BUT, at least we’d have it and that means a lot!

Signed up for Starling to check it out… seems they offer interest on the current balance. Any news for that with Monzo?
Yes, Monzo won’t be paying interest on in-credit balances 
You should be able to save a lot more money by choosing the right provider for you though, than you will from that interest..
In the longer term, providers like Ratesetter, Zopa & Nutmeg etc. will integrate with Monzo, to enable users to easily manage those services from the Monzo app & earn money from their savings. You can start to get a sense of what that looks like, from this preview.

Sorry yeah, wording on that wasn’t great… 
I just mean I can’t wait for the app it’s going to be wonderful if I make it into the testing phase, seeing how well received the current account has been so far it’s super exciting!
