If you accidentally send something for example, you should be able to press on the message and delete/hide it.
I imagine this wouldn’t be added as a feature as everything should be recorded/kept for context regardless if it’s originally incorrect.
I think deleting would be bad, you could abuse the COps then delete it. Hiding from our view would be good though, as long as it’s kept somewhere for training/monitoring purposes.
Only applicable if it’s sent in error though.
I know for a fact that the ability to hide messages from customer view exists, as it’s done whenever I send a selfie.
It would be nice if we were given the ability to do this ourselves, though, rather than having to request it.
I’m more intrigued as to what you messaged now
