I’m not particularly bothered by Clubcard Prices. I use my Clubcard anyway so it’s not like they are getting anything extra out of me.

Can’t you just pick up a clubcard at the till, or does it have to be registered?
It has to be registered as Tesco only send you a Clubcard through the post after you have registered and given your address.

Can’t find a better thread. Tesco are devaluing their Clubcard Vouchers. They’ll only be worth 2x with the few rewards partners they have instead of 3x. I didn’t use them much but when I did they were great value.
It’s disappointing following the end of the Avios deal and the loss of 3x Delivery Saver…

They ceased to be of value to me some 5+ years ago tbh.

Yup, when they changed from 4x the value to 3x I stopped bothering with it.
I still have a club card but can count on one hand the number of times I went to Tesco in the last 12 months, and it’s the closest supermarket to us!

Living in NI, we have found huge value in the 3x booster deal for the ferries to Scotland. Then, taking up driving to Europe for our holidays, we found even more value in the 3x deal for the Eurotunnel. We shop at Tesco pretty much exclusively, so we get free ferries and cheap Eurotunnel pretty much every summer.
I’ll have to put the numbers down and see what the reduction to 2x means, but I think it will be something like free ferry but no Eurotunnel, which is still great for us.
