I was hoping someone could give me a rough estimate on the timeline to receive an international payment from France into my Monzo?
Im receiving money from my father and it’s a big sum. The funds left his account in France yesterday and I got a UETR for the transaction too. The bank in France converted the funds into GBP already so conversion shouldn’t be needed on Monzo side?
The Monzo team can’t see anything with the UETR on their end and I understand that it’s because it’s not in their account yet? Has anyone had this experience before and have an idea of what timelines I could be looking at?
My father has sent money to my Monzo before but never such a big sum. The funds lefts usually clearly and arrive by 6:30 am UK time but that’s not happened here.
