SumUp Pay

Hang on a sec. I have Curve Pro and make Cashback via 6 shops I have selected. One is IKEA.
So if I go to IKEA tomorrow for Lunch I will be making 1.5% Cashback.

1% via Curve and 0.5% from SumUp Pay???

Quick! Sign up for Airtime Rewards and get an extra 3%

So if you add Curve as a SumUp funding source, will it let you buy something on SumUp with the underlying Curve card being a cashback credit card ? I’d quite like the 0.75% cashback from Virgin that way. Or presumably 1.5% if you’re using Chase.

Don’t think it would work at all well to have the SumUp card in Curve at the same time

Thinking about it you could do a Triple Cashback Process.

Santander Edge Up offers 1% on Supermarkets.

One of my Curve Pro Cashback’s is Tesco.

So I could get 1% from Santander, 1% from Curve and 0.5% from SumUp.

So 2.5% Cashback on all of my Supermarket shopping!

IKEA would be 2.5% cashback if you’re using Chase on Curve pro.

Yeah I was just thinking that.

I deposit the £1.5K every month to have the 1% Cashback so I could just use Chase for Triple Cashback.

Somehow, I can’t see if being as simple as this.

I’m going to go to IKEA Reading on Lunch tomorrow and try it out

Now that is worth trying! I need to fill up my car and Sainsbury’s is one of my Curve cashbacks.

I have to do my Weekly Shop on Tuesday. So i’ll report back if it works.

@BT1 You have Santander or Chase??

Chase. Could try with a rewards credit card too, Virgin or HSBC (if they approve my WE card application).

You can’t add Credit Cards to SumUp Pay.

Just debit card’s at the moment.

They have said thou that Credit Cards are on the list to be added to the platform.

Chase would work thou yeah!

Also this ain’t new is it? Swear it’s be around a while?

Yeah I think it has. Just not really been noticed.

I didn’t see a Chat on the Forum so thought why not

Thought I was imagining things :joy: all good lol

Wouldn’t it be: Any card (Cashback % or points) > Curve (1%) > SumUp (0.5%)?

It’s a good thing thou. 0.5% Cashback on everything to a linked debit card max £10 a month. It’s good for Cards that dont offer any Cashback at all. My Boyfriend is using it with HSBC Premier.

Well yeah. From what I can work out and understand. That would work.

Just link the Reward card to SumUp then add the SumUp Mastercard to Curve and then Pay with the Curve Mastercard. TRIPLE CASHBACK!!!

If you add Curve as the funding source, the underlying card could potentially be a credit card.

Actually yeah that could work.

If you link the Rewards Credit Card to Curve and then add the Curve Mastercard to the SumUp Pay Mastercard that would work yeah.

Can’t find a referral wiki. Unless the locked 2020 one counts?
