SumUp Pay

Didn’t see a topic for SumUp Pay. So here’s one.

I highly recommend SumUp Pay to everyone. 0.5% Cashback on every purchase on a debit card linked to your SumUp Card.

Cashback is limited to £10 a month. But I have found it great to use for Cards that don’t get any Cashback as now they do.

I’ve been banging on about it for ages in the Triodos thread as a simple, and cashback filled, way to use Triodos cards with Google/Apple Pay.

Reading the website, it’s basically HyperJar or Revolut, or Algbra then :man_shrugging:

Or an I missing something?

You top up e-money wallet.

You spend with their card.

You get rewards.

It’s not a bank in itself, so not like any of those.

You sign up, add your virtual card to Google/Apple Pay, link a bank card to it, and every time you use it to make a payment the money is automatically taken from your linked card and you get cash back.

So basically Curve, but with free cashback?

Yup.

Can you add the Sumup virtual card to Curve? 0.5% cashback on everything then presumably.

I don’t know. Haven’t tried it. What do you mean, on everything

I believe you can.

What a way to make getting a refund on a purchase a pain in the :peach:

:joy:

(A joke)

It’s a nice card as well

Haven’t got my head fully round the possibilities yet, but…

If you use Curve as the bank card you link to SumUp, you could use SumUp to pull the money from any debit or credit card you have on Curve.

I don’t think you could do this as well, but it looks like you could add the SumUp
virtual card to Curve and thereby have a physical SumUp card.

I don’t think there is a physical SumUp card.

So you’d use Curve.

Which would draw from SumUp Pay

Which would draw from a third account.

Added it

There would effectively be if you add their virtual card to Curve.

So I have a physical SumUp Pay card now!

Cool!

There is now!

Someone needs to send them the current design of the card. Not that they seem up be updating them lately.

They have the new design but also Tally Mastercards are under the same card??

Same BIN number, must be due to whoever is providing them the cards to Tally and SumUp.
