Anyone else having this issue? Both myself and my partner’s summary pages are not displaying a selection of direct debits in the “committed spending” section. These are all normal direct debits that have been going for years and for some reason are now not appearing. This means the committed spending and subsequently balance remaining are incorrect and misleading. I’ve raised this but am being told it will be a while before I get a response.
Slowly going off Monzo for things like this as these are the things that make them stand out, but now I just don’t trust that they are reporting the right information.
