Stuck at “We're Verifying your account Information”

Hey Guys!

While opening a new account, My Monzo Android app is stuck at " We’re verifying your account informatio" for more than 72 hours now. Is there a time limit on how long Monzo takes to verify details? Is it a software glitch? Would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thanks in Advance.

All you can do is wait unfortunately. Sometimes there is something in your application that means it needs a manual check, which is why it’s taking longer.

As you can’t get into the app, you can’t talk to support. You could email but you’ll get a response on your application before you get a reply to your email.
