Starting account problem

Hi all.
I downloaded the app and went though the set up for an account, but, I took a photo of my passport then noticed it’s in my new name, now I can’t seem to go back and change my name, can anyone help me please. Thank you.

It’ll get picked up when Monzo are doing their checks, they’ll either amend the name to match your documents or get in touch via email toclarify it.

Even though I wasn’t able to verify?

Is it not sitting pending with Monzo to verify? If not raise it via in app chat or email

I’ve sent them am email so fingers crossed they’ll reply soon.
