Hi, I got a problem, when I was creating my account in Monzo Bank App, I just put my names in the wrong fields and now I can’t confirm my card because my name it’s in a different way that is in my passport, anyone can help me? I need to change it please. Thank you
If you contact Monzo they should be able to help. It sounds like the name would still be correct, just misplaced, so they may be able to see it’s a genuine error and fix it for you.
