I have a standing order for rent, but I cannot see the standing order in the app to amend it or change it?
It should come out of my main account (I.e., not a pot) and I cannot see it under ‘payments’->’scheduled’.
Could really do with some help here please.

Has the rent payment been taken from your account previously, or is the payment yet to be taken for the first time?
If it’s been taken previously, did you set it to repeat monthly, or just a one-off payment? If you did set it to repeat, did you set an end date on it?
