Over the last few months I’ve occasionally gotten “Payment not complete” when trying to top up. I’ve contacted my bank and they tell me they haven’t blocked anything. I’ve also spoken to other users I’ve invited who use different main current accounts and they say they have issues randomly too.
I can’t see anything on the monzo status page.
Any ideas?
