Splitting payments on credit cards (with automatic transfer back to CC)

I use my AMEX for the majority of my day to day spend.

It would be amazing if I could split payment made on those cards which I have linked in my Monzo account for example:

  1. I pay for something on my AMEX / CC
  2. I create a split request from the feed
  3. This creates a payment request from my Monzo for the amount specified.
  4. The person pays that to me into my MONZO
  5. (optionally) Monzo then transfers the money to pay off that line of my AMEX / CC bill.
