Keep getting this error :
“Sorry there was a problem. Please try again and contact us if it continues.”
New phone, so haven’t had the app installed for a month or two. Before changing phones I kicked off the Current Account upgrade process.
Logging into the old app I get the banner saying my current account is ready but following the steps to confirm my identity gives the error above. I’ve tried on the Monzo Current Account App and get the same error after submitting my Name/Address/DOB.
