SMS Verification

Hi, I just made it through the waitlist (yay!)… but when I try to register my cell I get weird activation codes sent to me (see attached image). Any ideas what is causing this?

There should be an option somewhere to chat with customer service, it may be slightly hidden.
Alternatively email usa-help@monzo.com
They are probably best placed to help.

Meanwhile if your phone language is not English try switching it to that.

Also are you using a VoIP number such as Google Voice?
