I’ve downloaded the app and trying to register but the phone verification texts keep coming through in Chinese when I’ve registered a UK address and a UK phone number. Can’t use the chat tool as I’m not yet registered! Any ideas of how to get an English code through?

Could you send a copy of everything you’ve done and messages you have received to
firstname.lastname@example.org so that support can get that investigated?
