Did it show as declined in the monzo app? If yes then message them in app and maybe they can dig deeper.
Do you mean corrected it slightly or totally new address, if it was a new one then maybe it declined previously because of the address , and now a previously seen declined card with a new address tripped a flag.

Monzo donât do travel cards. Itâs just a normal UK bank.
Doesnât the GDPR right to be forgotten (which applies in UK and EU) overrule this? If someone asks to be forgotten, then I believe they have to be. And this is a clear right to be forgotten case

However if itâs not urgent you may well get the chat is closed right now come back at 7am, if you need something urgent about a transaction in the feed I suspect you can click that and do the somethingâs wrong options for it
Hi. Can you confirm the account balances limit on a business account? One of the forum members has been really helpful. Can you confirm? We can receive payments to a monzo business account without any limits? My current bank limits payments in to ÂŁ100k and the balance has to remain under ÂŁ100k. And what are the outgoing payment limits. Whats the maximum I could pay out in one transaction.
Hello! I have opened my account (I hope successfully) three days ago. I live in Manchester, in a district that is very close to the city centre. However I still have not received my card yet. The help chat does not respond at all. I cannot access my account, because the app only shows that the card is on its way and supposed to arrive soon. I am just worried, I know it has not been 5 working days yet or something but I live in a pretty central location and I believe it should have arrived by now. Is there a way to track this? I cannot call the helpline also, because I arrived to UK from another country and waiting for my monzo card to have a phone contract in the UK. Thank you!

It probably should have arrived, but itâs not time to worry yet.
If it hasnât been 5 working days, there is still time for it to arrive yet. Only contact Monzo after this timeframe and theyâll then post you a new one.
