Hi My monzo app isn’t working today, I click on it and it doesn’t load the dashboard, it just jumps straight out, ive re booted my phone 4 times and still nothing? Can anyone please help?

Uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall. That usually sorts it :slight_smile:

These problems keep coming up, don’t they? It’s not something I’ve experienced myself (maybe because I’m on iOS?) but I’d expect a better experience from a bank.

Yeah there has been a bit of a surge recently. I’m on Android and haven’t ever needed to reinstall so not sure what is going on :man_shrugging:

I mentioned device maintenance being a factor not long ago and someone got super defensive about it, so I’m not going down that route again :sweat_smile:

I have a 12 year old and a 14 year old who would like an account? They have a card account with Halifax but dont like it? Can they come to Monzo?

Fairly sure - unfortunately not at the moment until they are 16 - though this could change in the future hopefully as it has been requested quite a lot - you could vote for it here -

Does PayM work with Monzo? My family always use that and it’s just dawned on me I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere.

No, and i don’t think they have any plans for it at the moment

Monzo have monzo.me that you can use instead and links you can send to pay anyone

hi I have a new device (phone) as my current phone has LCD bleed so i cant access my monzo . im trying to set up on my new device, but i have forgotten the password for my associated email, help:(

Can you not reset your email password?

If not then phone the number on the back of your card or email help@monzo.com and they’ll be able to help
