The issue experienced while using Play Store in a browser (incompatible device report) reinforces the other issue (can’t see the Monzo app in the on-device Play Store app) - it’s about compatibility.

It’s Antoniya Gerimpapazi. I need to withdraw some money for my phone repair but I have forgotten my pin, and my phone is being repaired. Doing need to wait for it to be repaired or can I get my pin from this website somehow so I can withdraw the money and not wait?

Just had a look at web.monzo.com, doesn’t look like you can do any PIN actions unfortunately.

There’s not much we can do here on the forum for issues like this one. Please call Monzo (phone number on the back of the card) for help or wait for your phone to be repaired.

Does anyone know how to set up a new IFTTT? I was looking to get one that every time my Monzo see’s a ā€œEating Outā€ expense, it would trigger MyFitnessPal to input the meal

any thoughts or ideas?

I looked and it doesn’t give the option for the categories. I saw on the main IFTTT Monzo page has that option for some of the triggers.

So what are the fees for using monzo abroad such as Amsterdam! Is it just the GBP to Euro rate and if so where do they get the rate from.

It’s the MasterCard rate. This may vary from the time you pay til when the transaction settles

Apologies if this question has already been asked…
Is there any way to schedule a payment as part of the ā€˜Move Money’ section within Monzo? I’d like to pay a regular set amount from my Personal Monzo account into my Joint Monzo account which I share with my wife.
I could do a transfer in the normal way like with any bank account using a sort code/account number and schedule it that way. But it seems very counter-intuitive when the ā€˜Move Money’ section is already there as a feature. I’m able to schedule payments to my ā€˜Pots’ but can’t seem to find a way to do it to my joint account…

There isn’t a simple way to do this yet unfortunately.

To set up a regular payment to your joint account you need to setup a standing order. I do this every month to put money in to cover the bills :slight_smile:

This is under PAYMENTS > SCHEDULED > ADD NEW

A pain but thankfully you only have to do it the once though :sweat_smile:

Thank you for the quick response! Hopefully they’ll introduce the added ability to schedule ā€˜Money Transfers’ between ā€˜Joint’ and ā€˜Personal’ accounts soon. In the meantime, like you said - I’m able to set up a transfer using a normal ā€˜Standing Order’
