Itās the add standing order button is dark blue I press it, it goes light blue for 1 second then straight back to dark blue
If you are on the new (beta) app, try following the flow from @gmclean above. Otherwise, maybe delete and reinstall the app?

There is an event in SF. I would love to attend however it says you need to be 21+
