Hi, I’m new to Monzo & finding the sign in process incredibly frustrating.
I’ve activated touch ID to sign in, enabled it in my settings on the app, on my phone & iPad. I’ve also changed my phone settings to ‘reset session’. I do NOT log out after using the app.
But still it’s asking me to enter my email address, click on the link etc etc
I’m beginning to wonder if monzo is worth bothering with if it’s this much hassle to log into my account - if I’m abroad or without 4g etc I could easily be left with no access to my funds.
You can only be logged in to 1 Apple device at a time. If you log in on your phone, you shouldn’t be logged out of it unless you sign into your iPad as well.
Pick one device (preferably your phone) and stick to it.
You can use 1 Apple device and 1 Android device though.
