Same, basically it needs to be as seamless, and as simple as Apple Pay.
This is exactly why I didn’t know this feature existed!

Thank you for your support. I come back with a small but exciting update. 
As mentioned before, we continue to make the much needed improvements to shared tabs in the coming months. Top things in the pipeline that you will hear soon about are:
1. Adding any sort of transactions to shared tabs, including connected accounts, cards, joint accounts etc.
2. Ability to part pay what you owe
3. Recording payments outside the tab
We are excited to get these out to you as soon as we can. Your feedback is super valuable to us so please keep that coming!

This sounds really nice, and brings a lot of flexibility!
I currently use an external bill splitter but it makes much more sense to connect this to your bank.
Hi, are there any plans to add percentage splits when adding an expense, and as a default for the group.
This is great news - signed into the community after a a while away to suggest this feature - and find it is about to be launched! Amazing. What sort of timeframe are we looking at?
