It would be great to be able to set a date for deletion for a Direct Debit. It would be useful if the Direct Debit scheduled for deletion popped up in the feed the day before it was deleted too.
I like this idea a lot.
Maybe you could set a reminder when DDs first show up in your payments for how many you expect to make. If you tell if you should have 12 monthly payments for your gym, when the 11th one is paid it could remind you that you set it to end after 12, so you have time to contact the gym to make sure it’s cancelled in time.

I can see this being a killer for nasty companies that “encourage” direct debit payments (by over-charging as much as 5£ for other payment methods like cards) hoping eventually forget you were even paying them, resulting in you paying for it even after you no longer use their service.
