This happened once before

It’s basically a display bug. They money is still there, totally safe, it’s just not showing in app

All staff are busy fixing this so there will be an update as soon as they can

Mine disappeared, and are now back.

Pots are missing get paid early on both things worked fine although feed not updated yet, overall balance was, also transferred to relevant pots again no issue, main balance shows changes and can see the pots when looking at previous transfers to said pots with updated figures for transfers.

Thank goodness, almost had a bit of a meltdown there.

Pots are back and ‘get paid early’ has worked. Must have been a giant backload in the system that knocked the servers out. Hopefully, Monzo will take this onboard and invest in some new infrastructure to reduce the risk of it happening again.

it’ll be a front-end error obviously, but for many less tech-savy users it could cause concern about those pots.

Well, regardless of if the user is techy or not, it’s still quite concerning to see a big chunk of money you’ve saved disappeared, even though the FSE £85,000 cover should more than cover most people’s needs if the worst happens.

P.S. Even as a dev myself, I definitely sweat a little still when I saw the pots were gone (before my logical thinking of what I wrote above kicks in)!
