Sending Money & Monzo.me

Hello Everyone,

I am having an issue trying to find my way around the app. I know we have monzo.me to received payment, which it seems, it uses a regular account (e-mail based) which you create through the Monzo website, but I am struggling to find a way to link both accounts, with the one I created through the app…

Monzo.me usernames are created automatically when you create a Monzo account.

We’re just about to launch Monzo.me on iOS! There will be a blog post later this afternoon with more info about it and I’ll edit this post then. You can also receive Monzo.me payments on Android It’s not yet built in to the app so it’s a bit more fiddly to work out: Make sure you’ve passed identity verification. Just to mention, you only need to use Monzo.me to receive payments from non-Monzo users. Monzo users can send you money using the dedicated feature in iOS & Android.
