That is the response I have received from Crowdcube. And as honest as I am I don’t think ‘pay for a holiday & car repairs’ qualifies.
if you need the car to get to work or drive in for your job I would say that is exceptional circumstances
If you need to sell your shares to me I think that is also exceptional circumstances

I could really do with selling a block of my shares, out of interest would anyone be interested in 895 shares?
I haven’t spoken to crowdcube or monzo about this yet. If/when someone is interested then I’ll get in contact with them!

What would be the price roughly? I was happy to overpay for a smaller lot of shares but at this scale it would be a bit too expensive for me.

Do you mean what price per share he would take? As the shares can only be sold in a single block of 895 and not separately.
Apparently I can’t sell a block I have to sell all of my shares!
So you can’t sell 895 you have to sell all shares you own?
