I understand joint accounts aren’t a thing, which is going to be a deal-breaker for me, unless I can at least get a second debit card for my wife. We don’t necessarily need separate accounts if she can just spend money. Probably not a thing?
Monzo in the UK you cannot have a second card with a personal account. In the UK you can have a joint Monzo account where two cards can be issued, but you both need a personal account first.
I’m not sure how this works in the USA.
As possible way round it would be to use Google or Apple pay but I’m not sure how common contactless payments are in the US.
You can try revolut although not technically a bank you can get 2 debit cards with a revolut metal subscription.
