I have schediled a withdraw from my saving pot that should arrive today before £5pm and still awaiting. Funds +amoubt still on my bank statement transaction but not receiving. I had anouther withdraw the amount was under £200 that was arrived. Sadly no hint for the over tousand still not appeared bold bright green. I need make an urgent payment for tent deadline is today and this is so unacceptable! I have enough funds and no customer service when you need an assistance. 
Have you set the date correctly? If it’s grey it means it due, which sounds like it would be next day.
If its a third party savings account, arrival time can depend on which bank it is with. And, provided you you have indeed scheduled it to arrive today, could be any time up to 5pm.
I can have a withdrawal arrive from Shawbrook by 11am, but Oaknorth the same day not until 5pm for example.
