Hey Ricky it’s also broken for me. I use the get paid early feature but Monzo customer care say my salary isn’t a BACS payment 
Have you had any luck getting it sorted?

The double payday is such a good idea but so sad that it only applies to some 
, I’ve noticed Monzo have upgraded to include HMRC, could you please add HM prison and probation service

I just had a look at the the annual report ( We've just published our Annual Report 2026 🎉 ) and it looks like Monzo have given some stats that can help work out the odds of winning: there are 10.4m active users and 49% of them are using Monzo as their primary bank (which I’m assuming means they are having their salary paid in.) That works out to just under 5.1m people and means it’s around a 1 in 510,000 chance of winning Double Payday.

Don’t forget not all salaries/income paid qualifies, so your odds might even be better like 1 in 509,999

Partly gutted, started a new job and they deliver salary by FPS.

Interestingly I don’t get the double pay prompt from my salary paid via BACS.I do get it from DWP for my PIP though
You won’t if PIP is paid first in the month.

Ooohhh, that makes sense
Have your PIP paid elsewhere and your salary should be the eligible transaction. I would assume some folks who complain my salary isn’t showing, is due to receiving another bacs payment earlier in the month (benefits, pension, expenses).
