That’s the Monzo way. Release something half baked, and then improve it.

Monzo-to-Monzo payments, based on matching contact phone numbers or using Nearby. This could drive adoption! Imagine: “Ok, you’ve paid the bill so let me pay you my share. Are you on Monzo? No? Oh, never mind - or we could set that up right now!”
(I’ve seen quite a lot of Monzo adoption from people buying rounds at the bar…)

It would be nice if there’s a way to get one or two blank cards in advance that can then be given to friends if you convinced them to switch to Monzo instead of making them wait for the card in the post. Would give a new meaning to Golden Tickets.
