Can my employer in Cyprus pay via bank transfer to my UK monzo account? Is a swift code or Iban required?
Nope it’s too risky to try. I’m not sure if it will work with TransferWise either but it’s the first place I’d try.

Monzo can take international payments but you’d have to use an IBAN generator with no guarantee it would arrive.
In short. Don’t do it.
I think this is better phrased as Monzo doesn’t work for international payments yet. There’s no set date for when it will work.
