Ryanair chargeback

Hi,

I put in a chargeback request on the 27th of May and they said it would take approx 8 weeks to be resolved, it has been much longer than that and I have received nothing so far.

I have contacted Ryanair because they finally refunded one of my flights, and I have asked them why my other one was not refunded and they said that since you have claimed a chargeback we can’t do anything.

So my question is, when will the money be back in my account?

Well afaik the chargeback system is basically the last to put in an appeal wins. So hopefully when it gets batted back to them they give up fighting it and Monzo can then claim the money back.
